Non-Toxic Gas Filled Industrial Dial Thermometers

Zeal’s range of non – toxic industrial dial thermometers are “Heavy Duty” instruments manufactured to customers specifications in compliance with EN13190 with ranges between -200°C to +800°C or equivalent °F. Dial sizes are 63mm, 80mm, 100mm, 160mm and 200mm. Housed in AISI 304, or 316 stainless steel cases with bayonet locking bezels, weatherproof to IP65 as standard. AISI 321 or 316 stainless steel stems/bulbs are available in diameters from 6mmØ to 16mmØ with immersion lengths from 50mm to 2000mm. Remote reading thermometers can be supplied with stainless steel armoured capillary tubing up to 30 metres long.
Extras include Glycerin, or Silicon Filling, Electrical Contact Switches, Micro-switches,
Transmitters, Hygienic Fittings and Thermowells.

► Remote Mounting styles: Surface rear flange, Flush Panel rear clamp and Flush Panel front flange.
► Sizes 63mm (2 1/2 ”), 80mm (3”), 100mm (4”), 160mm (6”) and 200mm (8”).
► Ranges available in standard spans from Minus 200°C to Plus 800°C or equivalent °F. Accuracy class 1.
► Stainless steel external parts, welded construction. Corrosion resistant.
► Clearly marked dials.
► Stem/bulb diameters from 6mmØ to 16mmØ.
► Standard Stem lengths 63mm (2.5”),102mm (4”), 152mm (6”), 228mm (9”), 304mm (12”), 380mm (15”),
457mm (18”), 610mm (24”), 914mm (36”), 1219mm (48”) and 1524mm (60”).
Non standard lengths available up to 1828mm (72”).
► Standard connection 1/2” NPT male or 1/2” BSP male adjustable union connections. Other sizes/types available.
► 316 Stainless steel wetted parts, Thermowells and other options upon request.
