Calibration Certification

UKAS & WORKS Calibration certification.

For the continued confidence in the accuracy of measurement, and to assist in compliance with HACCP and other legislation, it is recommended that a certificate of calibration is obtained when the instrument is purchased and that the instrument is certified at 12 monthly intervals.

Zeal are able to offer either Works, or UKAS Certified Calibration Certificates issued by an independent calibration laboratory. CIS are a UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) accredited organisation.
In the United Kingdom, UKAS is the body responsible for assessing & accrediting organisations in the fields of measurement, testing, inspection and certification of products, systems and personnel.

Certification is available for the majority of our temperature, density, humidity, and pressure products:

• Liquid-in-glass thermometers
• Hydrometers
• Dial type temperature indicators
• Temperature recorders, sensors, digital thermometers PT100’s
• Pressure gauges

UKAS calibration certificates can be provided for:

• Temperature instrumentation between -80°C to +410°C with a measurement capability from 0.02°C/ 0.05°C. (0.1°C above 260°C).

• Hydrometers to UKAS standard, within a range of 500 kg/m3 to 2000 kg/m3 (or equivalent) with best measurement capability from 0.05 kg/m3.

• Pressure instrumentation within a range of 30”HG vacuum and 0 to 700 bar.

• Relative Humidity from 5°C – 50°C and 10% – 95% RH.
