The ZEAL potato hydrometer was developed by experts in conjunction with the UK Potato Marketing Board for those in the industry who needed to accurately monitor the water content of potatoes.

An accurate and simple method of measuring the solid content or dry matter of potatoes to ensure the optimum result is achieved in the manufacturing process of foods such as crisps, frying chips, small deep frying potatoes, potato wedges, canned, frozen and powdered potato products.
