These fast response waterproofed (IP65)digital penetration probe thermometers measure temperatures over the range -40 to + 200°C with a 0.1°C/°F resolution.
They feature three easy to use buttons with Max/Min, display ‘hold’, °C/°F and on/off.
The thermometers incorporate a food quality stainless steel penetration probe Ø3.5 x 125mm long.
Each unit is supplied with a protective probe cover that has a pocket clip and keyhole slot for wall mounting.
These instruments are ideal for a wide variety of laboratory and food test applications.
