Ordering & Shipping 

PLEASE NOTE, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED ONLY UPON SHIPPING OF YOUR ORDER IF TRANSACTED THROUGH GOOGLE CHECKOUT. ALTERNATE METHODS OF TRANSACTING WILL RESULT IN YOUR CREDIT CARD BEING DEBITED UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. ALL PRODUCTS SHOW ON OUR WEBSITE ARE OFFERED ON A 2/3 DAY DELIVERY. WE WILL CONTACT YOU BY TELEPHONE OR EMAIL SHOULD WE NOT BE IN A POSITION TO HONOUR THIS. 

All orders will be delivered via the Royal Mail for both UK and Overseas customers.
 

All products advertised on G H ZEAL LTD’s online store, are brand new unless otherwise specified on our product pages. In the event a product is not in stock, it may take up to several weeks to get an order out to a customer. We will contact you to make this known to you and suggest alternatives. G H ZEAL LTD reserves the right to make changes without prior notice. Due to variables beyond our control, the received product, may appear slightly different than they do in our website. 


International
 orders

Are shipped using the Royal Mail Post Office International service up to 2 kgs. We will contact you if consignments exceed this weight to arrange an alternate method and ask you for authorisation to debit your card accordingly for the additional charges. G H Zeal Ltd are not responsible for any customs or clearance charges that might be incurred in the country of receiving. In addition we cannot be held responsible for any delays as a result of International delays. Non arrival or damage of goods should be notified to us described above in Returns & Exchanges.

 

Third Party Shipping

G H ZEAL LTD reserves the right to cancel or delay an order without notice at its own discretion for any reason including but not limited to: 

  • Unverified or erroneous billing information. 
  • Third party shipment not affiliated with the cardholder’s details 
    (G H ZEAL LTD will ship to an alternate address other than the registered billing address) 
  • Products that were ordered and discontinued. 
  • Offensive or unprofessional responses from any of our customers
 

Satisfaction and no quibble statement

G H Zeal Ltd is committed to ensuring you leave our site satisfied and without complaint. Faulty merchandise will be replaced without question at our expense provided the terms laid out below are complied with. All of the products shown on our web site are covered by our 12 month (from date of supply) warranty against faulty materials and workmanship. We accept mistakes happen, but as the saying goes “it is not the mistakes that set one apart from the herd, but the manner in which one solves it”.


Returns & Exchanges

G H ZEAL LTD will replace any item that the purchaser finds is not as ordered, defective or broken in transit. (See below for full details and procedures).

Call us at 
+44 20 8542 2283 or email us at help@zeal.co.uk within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We will then arrange the replacement and or collection of the product in question as appropriate to the circumstances. Please do not return orders without first contacting us.

All non-defective products are subject to a 25% restocking fee if there is no exchange. 

These following amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card used. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the goods at our London SW19 premises. Items cannot be returned if they have been used. Items returned COD will be refused. Any returned items that do not meet the above standards will be sent back at the Customer's expense and no refund will be issued. Customer must ship all items in a shipping box or envelope (in other words use the original packing), do not use the product packaging as a shipping container.

  • Incorrect Item Received: No extra charge. G H ZEAL LTD will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges.
  • Warranty Exchanges: No extra charge. G H ZEAL LTD will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges.
  • Cancellations: If you should require the cancellation of an order, a full refund will be applied (minus a 25% restocking fee) to your account unless the product has already been shipped. If the order has been shipped, the shipping costs, in addition to the restocking fee will be charged to the customer.

If an item is back ordered and G H ZEAL LTD has deemed the wait to be abnormally long, you will be contacted and given the option of cancellation without a restocking fee.

Shipping Instructions: From within the UK: Return via Freepost address that we will provide when first notified of there being a return issue. From outside the UK: subject to country of origin and circumstances. Use original G H ZEAL LTD packaging. G H ZEAL LTD is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

We will not be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit. We reserve the right not to issue a credit, for returned goods lost in transit
